基因芯片对尖锐湿疣患者HPV的检测和基因分型

摘要:目的:探讨深圳地区尖锐湿疣(CA)患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的基因型别感染情况及临床意义。方法:采用基因芯片法检测158例CA患者病损组织或脱落细胞中HPV的23种基因型的感染率。结果:158例CA患者标本中检出HPV阳性156例,总的阳性检出率为98.7%。其中单一型别阳性检出率为72.2%,包括5种低危型别HPV6、11、42、43、44总阳性检出率为58.2%和9种高危型别 HPV16、18、31、33、35、45、55、58、59总阳性检出率为 14.6%,单一型别感染中以HPV11(33.5%)型为主,其次是HPV6(20.3%)型;混合型感染阳性检出率为27.2%,其中以HPV6+11(11.4%)型感染为主,其次是HPV16+18(8.9%)型 。结论:HPV11、6、6+11、16+18型感染为CA的主要致病型别,基因芯片是一种比较适合临床HPV分型检测的、敏感性高和特异性好的诊断方法。关键词: 尖锐湿疣; 乳头瘤病毒; 基因芯片; 基因分型
Detection and Classification of the Human Papillomavirus Genotype in Condyloma Acuminata with Gene-chips

Abstract: Objective: To study the genotypes of human papillomavirus(HPV) and its clinical characteristics in condyloma acuminata(CA) in Shenzhen city. Method: Gene-chips technique was used to determine 23 types of HPV genotype in specimens of dropping cells or lesions from 158 patients with CA. Result: There were 156 positive cases in 158 patients with CA , The total positive rates was 98.7%. and the positivity rates of single types infection with HPV was 72.2%,include the detecting total rates of 5 low risk HPV genotypes 6、11、42、43、44 were 58.2% ,while the detecting total rates of 9 high risk HPV genotypes 16、18、31、33、35、45、55、58、59 were14.6%,The predominant type from single infection with HPV was HPV11(33.5%),secondly HPV6(20.3%). The positivity rates of mixed infection with HPV was 27.2%, the predominant type from single infection with HPV was HPV6+11(11.4%), secondly HPV16+18(8.9%). Conclusion: HPV11,6,6+11,16+18 are the main genotype in the pathogenesis of CA and Gene-chips method is a high sensitivities and specificities method in detection and typing of HPV. ......
