摘要：目的：探讨左旋甲状腺素对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(SH)患者血脂水平的影响。方法：把50例亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者(B组)与48名匹配健康者(A组)进行统计分析，治疗组服用左旋甲状腺素片。结果：经治疗后，这些患者的血浆脂蛋白(a)水平有治疗前的(252.1±79.4)mg/L下降至治疗后的(187.4±76.3)mg/L(P<0.05)。结论：在甲减状态下，血浆脂蛋白可以异常升高，而左旋甲状腺素变化与血浆脂蛋白水平变化呈负相关。

    The Effects of Levothyroxine on Lipoprotein in Patients with Subclinical Hypothyroidism

    Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of levothyroxine on lipoprotein in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism(SH). Method: 50 patients with SH and 48 health men were performed statistical investigation,and the therapy group administrated levothyroxine.Result: After treatment,plasma lipoprotein(a)(Lpa) level was decreased administrated from (252.1±79.4)mg/L to (187.4±76.3)mg/L(P<0.05) insuch patients.Conclusion: In the condition of SH, Lpa can be keep abnorbal high level,however,the alteration of levothyroxine ahd Lpa is negative correlation. ......
