摘要:目的:观察脑室-腹腔分流术在治疗小儿脑积水中的效果，探讨减少并发症的有效措施。方法：对在我院1995年至2004年行脑室-腹腔分流术患儿的诊治进行分析。结果：本组中有3例分流管阻塞，均在术后2月内发生；8例在术后1周内出现不同程度的腹痛、腹胀，部分出现呕吐恶心，经过对症处理后全部痊愈；无死亡病例。结论：脑室-腹腔分流术是治疗小儿脑积水的有效方法之一。

    Clinical Practice of Ventriculoperitoneal Shunting for Children Hydrocephali

    Abstract: Objective: Observe the therapeutical effect of ventriculoperitoneal shunting for 37 cases children Hydrocephali so as to search the method of reducing complications.Method: Analyze the diagnosis and treatment of ventriculoperitoneal shunting in 37 cases children Hydrocephali in our hospital from 1995 to 2004. Result: 2 cases had tube obstruction 2 months after operation; 8 cases had mild bellyache 1 week after operation;None died.All patients recovered successfully.Conclusion: Ventriculoperitoneal shunting is one of effectively therapeutical methods for children Hydrocephal. ......
