桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗女性盆腔包块的临床研究

(新疆医科大学第一附属医学院妇科, 新疆乌鲁木齐830054)摘要: 目的：探讨中成药桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗女性盆腔包块的临床效果。方法：盆腔包块患者157例，其中子宫肌瘤30例，子宫腺肌症31例，单纯性卵巢囊肿38例，内膜样卵巢囊肿58例，口服桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗3个月为一疗程，观察临床症状改善情况及包块缩小情况。结果：单纯性卵巢囊肿、内膜样卵巢囊肿、子宫腺肌症及子宫肌瘤治疗总有效率分别为92.11%、77.59%、74.19%、70.00%；肌瘤或囊肿最大直径<5 cm与>5 cm相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)，直径<5 cm的疗效好；子宫肌瘤单发性与多发性比较，子宫腺肌症中子宫增大<8周与≥8周比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；囊肿、肌瘤或子宫体积愈小疗效愈佳；单纯性卵巢囊肿疗效最好,与其它病种相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01)。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊对临床症状改善疗效显著；对小型子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、单纯性卵巢囊肿及内膜样卵巢囊肿具有良好的疗效。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating pelvic mass of female with guizhi fuling capsules.
