摘要:目的:探讨双胎妊娠的分娩方式与妊娠结局的关系。方法:将2000年1月至2004年12月106例双胎妊娠产妇按分娩方式分阴道产及剖宫产两组，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：两组的孕周、产后出血率无显著差异(P>0.05),剖宫产组新生儿体重显著高于阴道产组(P<0.01),两组第1胎新生儿窒息率无显著差异(P>0.05),而第2胎新生儿窒息率剖宫产组显著低于阴道产组(P<0.05)。结论:双胎妊娠分娩方式的正确选择，有助于降低剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率。

    Study on the Route of Delivery and Pregnancy Outcome in 106 twin Pregnancy Cases

    Abstract: Objective: To study the relationship between delivery route and pregnancy outcome in twin pregnancy.Method: 106 twin pregnancy women were divided into two groups, which were cesarean section and vaginal delivery. They were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There was no difference in pregnant week and postpartum hemorrhage of two groups(P>0.05)；neonatal weight of cesarean section was higher than that of vaginal delivery(P<0.01).No significant difference was shown in neonatal asphyxia of first fetal in the two groups (P>0.05) ......
