摘要：目的：探讨葛根素注射液对冠心病心绞痛(CHD)的治疗作用。方法：120例患者随机分为两组，每组60例，在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组应用葛根素注射液进行治疗，对照组应用丹参注射液进行治疗。结果：治疗组有效58例(96.7%),心电图改善57例(95.0%),对照组分别为47例(78.3%)和44例(73.3%),组间比较具有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论：葛根素注射液对冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。

    Clinical Observation of the Effects of Puerarin Injection on Angina Pectoris

    Abstract: Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of puerarin injection on angina pectoris of CHD. Method: 120 cases were divided into 2groups (60 cases each group).On basis of routine treatment, Dan shen injection was use din the control group while puerarin injection was use din the treatment group. Result: There were effectsin 58 cases(96.7%)and improvement of eletrocardiogram in 57 cases (95.0%) in the treatment group while in the control group they were respectively 47 cases (78.3%) and 44 cases (73.3%). By comparison there was significant difference (P<0.01) . Conclusion: puerarin injection has significant effects on angina pectoris of CHD with safty and no obvious side effects . ......
