摘要:目的：探讨老年人上消化道穿孔诊断及治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析68例60岁以上上消化道穿孔患者的临床资料。 结果：溃疡病穿孔49例，恶性肿瘤穿孔4例。单纯穿孔修补术46例，胃大部分切除术5例。非手术治疗4例。死亡8例。 结论：老年人上消化道穿孔病情发展快，病死率高。诊断明确后在作好术前准备的同时尽早手术，对于非手术治疗的指征应严格掌握。

    The Diagnosis and Treatment of the old ages’ Perforation of upper Digestive Tract

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the old ages’ perforation of upper digestive tract. Method: To analysis the 68 patients’ clinical datas whose ages are more than 60 years. Result: 49 cases are because of ulcer, 4 cases are because of stomach carcinoma. 46 cases perfered simple suture the peration, partly stomach resection 5 cases. Internal medicine therapy 4 cases.8 cases were dead. Conclusion: The old ages’ upper digestive tract perforation develop quickly, and the morbidy is high,the operation must be dont as soon as possible.and the application of internal medicine therapy must be grasp strickly. ......
