摘要：目的：观察少白混合血小板的血小板数量、红细胞混入量、白细胞残留量、无菌试验等指标及临床输注效果，评价少白混合血小板输注有效性。方法：应用富含血浆法制备浓缩血小板，通过无菌接驳混合在一起，进行白细胞过滤，并测定86例少白混合血小板的几项特定指标；观察158例少白混合血小板输注后24h的血小板校正计数增加指数(CCI)的变化。结果：91.8%(79/86)的少白混合血小板的几项特定指标与单采血小板的质量要求相符；142例患者输注少白混合血小板后止血或出血改善，CCI>10000。结论：少白混合血小板应用于临床能达到较好的止血效果，并且能节约血源，弥补单采血小板的不足，满足临床用血需要。

    Preparation and application of Platelets Leukocytes Reduced Pooled

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the platelet count, erythrocyte count, remnant leukocyte count, asepsis test and clinic effect on lack leukocyte mix platelet in order to estimate the effect of lack leukocyte mix platelet to be used in clinic. Methods: Preparation concentrate platelet with rich plasma, then asepsis mixes and leukocyte filtrate were carried on, several special items were measured on 86 samples of lack leukocyte mix platelet, the change of corrected count increment were measured on 158 samples of lack leukocyte mix platelet after transfused in clinic at 24h. Results: Several special items of 91.8% lack leukocyte mix platelet are accord with the quantity request of single gather platelet; the effect of hemostasia and hemorrhage were improved after transfused lack leukocyte mix platelet, corrected count increment is higher than 10000. Conclusion: Lack leukocyte mix platelet has a good hemostasia effect in clinic, it’s fit for the need of clinic with economizing blood and making up for the defect of single gather platelet. ......
