【摘要】 目的 探讨“瘦肉精”对机体的影响。 方法 56只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组和低、中、高剂量组，分别灌胃蒸馏水(对照组)和不同浓度的盐酸克伦特罗(病例组)连续30d，测定各组大鼠体重变化、白细胞计数及分类、血液生化和神经行为学指标改变，观察主要脏器的病理改变，以及肌肉和肝脏中“瘦肉精”的残留量。 结果 “瘦肉精”残留对大鼠白细胞计数、分类及神经行为学指标影响较小，但能引起大鼠体重及肝、肾脏器系数改变;中、高剂量组大鼠血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、血清尿素氮(BUN)降低，高剂量组肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)升高，血钾(K)降低，肝脏和肌肉中有一定的残留。 结论 市售猪肉中“瘦肉精”残留可能产生蓄积毒性，对居民健康产生的危害。
