【Abstract】 AIM: To optimize the formulation and preparation techniques of resveratrol liposomes and to prepare them. METHODS: The resveratrol liposomes were prepared by filmultrasound technique. The optimal formulation and preparation techniques were selected by means of an orthogonal design test. The entrapment rate and appearance of liposomes were determined to evaluate the formulation and preparation technique. RESULTS: The appearance of prepared liposomes was regular and their size ranged from 80 to 100 nm. The entrapment rate of this kind of liposomes was 96.52% and its loading quantity was 19.81%. CONCLUSION: The selected formulation and preparation technique of resveratrol liposomes is rational and practicable. ......
