【摘要】 目的 探讨自体结膜瓣移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法 回顾性分析98例129眼接受自体结膜瓣移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床资料，其中原发性翼状胬肉92例122眼，复发性翼状胬肉6例7眼；随访3～40个月，平均(5.1±3.4)个月。结果 3眼翼状胬肉复发，复发率2.33%。结论 翼状胬肉切除结合自体结膜瓣移植是治疗翼状胬肉的一种简便、有效的方法。【关键词】 翼状胬肉；自体结膜瓣移植
Conjunctival autograft transplantation for pterygium surgery

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of conjunctival autograft transplatation for treating pterygium.Methods 129 eyes of 98 cases of pterygium undergone conjunctival autograft transplatation were analysed retrospectively. Among them,122 eyes of 92 cases were primary pterygium and 7 eyes of 6 cases were recurrent pterygium.The period of followup was 3～40 months,average 5.1±3.4 months.Results 3 eyes of pterygium were recured after surgery,the rate of recurrence was 2.33%.Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with conjunctival autograft transplatation is a simple and effective procedure for pterygium. ......
