高龄白内障152例超声乳化术临床探讨

【摘要】 目的 观察高龄白内障患者术前全身疾病以及术后视力、术后并发症等情况。方法 选择70岁以上，经临床检查符合手术条件的患者152例，予以施行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术，并及时正确处理术后并发症。结果 经术后3～12个月随访，大多数患者视力恢复良好。视力>0.05而<0.3者14例，占9.2%；>0.3者135例，占88.8%。结论 高龄患者因全身疾病以及老年性病理生理性改变眼部手术存在一定的风险，但只要各个环节应对有方、措施到位，仍可采取积极的手术治疗。【关键词】 白内障；高龄；超声乳化
The clinical observation on microphacoemulsification for 152 senile cataract eyes

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the systemic states and the eyesight recovery,operation complication status of old patients before and after operations.Methods Microphacoemulsification and intraocular lenses were performed for 152 senile cataract eyes and the corresponding complications were treated correctly and opportunely.Selected patients were above 70-years old and examined to match the operation requirements.Results Through 3 to 12 months follow-up after-operation investigations,most of the patients recovery situations are favorable,88.8% (135 eyes) patients obtained corrected visual acuity>0.3,9.2% (14 eyes)>0.05 and <0.3.Conclusion As a result of senile cataract patients physiological and pathological changes,microphacoemulsification retains relative risks.However,with correct and opportune measures,it is reliable to implement the operation treatment. ......
