【摘要】 目的 探讨低场MRI快速液体衰减反转恢复(fluid attenuated inversion recovery,FLAIR)序列在脑部疾病中的应用价值。方法 对185例脑部疾病患者同时行常规MR T2加权像及快速FLAIR检查,比较两种序列对病灶的显示情况。结果 FLAIR共检出病灶1889个,常规T2加权像检出1343个,FLAIR显示病灶的轮廓更为清晰,病灶与正常脑组织的对比度更高,在显示脑皮层下、脑室旁病灶方面更有优势,可显示常规MR T2加权像未能显示的侧裂池及脑表面脑沟的小出血病灶,在诊断颅脑外伤及蛛网膜下腔出血方面具有明显的优势。结论 快速FLAIR可作为颅脑MR检查常规序列的补充。对于颅脑大部分疾病应行FLAIR检查,以提高病变的检出率,扩大MRI检查范围,减少漏诊发生。【关键词】 低场磁共振成像;液体衰减反转恢复序列;脑部疾病

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value and clinical application of low-field intensity MRI with fast fluid-attenuated inversion-recovery FLAIR sequency in cerebral disease.Methods 185 patients were studied with conventional MR T2WI and FLAIR simutaneously.The presentation of the lesions were compared.Results 1889 lesions were displayed with FLAIR and 1343 with conventional T2WI.The contours of the lesions were clearer in FLAIR than those showed in T2WI.The contrast of lesion-to-normal and lesion-to-CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) were higher in FLAIR,which was particularly superior in demonstrating lesions in the hypophloeodal or paraventricular area.Small hemorrhagic foci in Sylvian cistern and the cerebral sulci can be easily shown in FLAIR and cant be done in conventional T2WI.FLAIR was particular of superiority to demonstrate trauma and subarachnoid haemorrhage.Conclusion FLAIR may be a complementary technique to conventional MRI.FLAIR should be done for a majority of cerebral disease,which is useful to improve the detection of the lesions,reduce the missing rate and enlarge the range of MR diagnosis. ......
