中西医结合治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变

【摘要】 目的 比较西药结合活血化瘀中药与单纯用西药治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法 对35例(55眼)糖尿病性视网膜病变患者进行观察。6例(8眼)西药治疗，29例(47眼)采用西药结合中药治疗。全部病例随访3年。观察两种治疗后视力眼底的变化。结果 西药结合中药治疗组患者视力提高优于单纯西药组，眼底出血、黄斑水肿及渗出的吸收时间较单纯西药组缩短。结论 用检眼镜观察眼底的改变可知，中西医结合治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变效果优于单纯西药治疗。【关键词】 糖尿病性视网膜病变；西医；中草药；检眼镜
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect between the traditional Chinese and Western medicine and only western medicine to treat the retina lesion of diabetes.Methods Study on 35 cases(55 eyes)of retina lesion of diabetes.Western medicine group(WMG) 6 cases (8 eyes),tratihonel Chinese and Western medicine group(TCWMG) 29 cases(47 eyes).All have followed up for 3 years,and studied on the change of sight and fundus.Results The sight of TCWHG is better than WMG,the resorption time of fundus hemorrhage,macula edema and effusion of TCWHG is shorten than WHGs.Conclusion Auther uses opbthalmoscope study on the change of fundus.After resorption of effusion and hemorrhage,there are on scar in the fundus of TCWHG.The effection of traditonal Chinese and Western medicine treat the retina lesion of diabetes is better than only Western medicine. ......
