【摘要】 目的 提高胸部锐器贯通伤的抢救成功率。方法 回顾性分析1998年1月~2005年12月收治的60例胸部锐器贯通伤病人的临床资料。结果 急诊手术53例，胸腔闭式引流7例，无死亡和严重并发症。结论 胸部锐器贯通伤伤势差异大，受伤部位和伤道手指探查对伤势判断有重要价值，对病情危重和特殊部位的患者应遵循抢救、诊断、治疗并重的原则，正确把握手术时机可获得满意的治疗效果。

    Clinic analysis of 60 cases of the sharp penetrating wounds in the chest

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the survival of the sharp penetrating wounds in the chest.Methods 60 cases which were treated from Jan 1996 to Dec 2005 were reviewed.Results Among 53 cases who urderwent the urgent exploration.7 cases who urderwent the intercostal drains,there is no mortality and complications.Conclusion Penetrating wounds in the chest have obvious difference.It is wound place and exploration performed by finger that will be of great value to diagnose.According to the principle that rescue should be combined with diagnosis and treatment,we should catch the right time to perform urgent operations on the patients who are in a bad way.And then you will get a satisfied result. ......
