【摘要】 目的 探讨如何提高睾丸损伤的诊治水平。方法 睾丸损伤18例，年龄13～45岁，就诊时间30min～48h,其中开放性损伤6例，闭合性损伤12例。通过病史、体检，16例通过彩色B超确诊，2例经CT扫描确诊。在B超监测下非手术治疗6例，手术治疗(血肿清除，睾丸修补或睾丸切除)12例。结果 无死亡病例，无并发症发生，随访6个月～4年，病人性功能及生殖功能正常。结论 超声检查是判断睾丸损伤程度及病情变化的重要方法，积极早期手术探查可最大限度保留睾丸组织，减少并发症发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment for testicular injury.Methods 18 patients with testicular injury were diagnosed by traumic history,physical examination and ultrasound or CT scanning.6 patients were treated by non-operating and 12 were operated.Results No death and complication were occur.The sexual and reproductive function were normal for 1/2～4 years following-up.Conclusion Utrasound scanning is an important method for evaluating severity and variation of testicular injury.Early and timely operation can it possible to conserve more testicular tissue and reduce complication. ......
