【摘要】 目的 研究溶血培养法与细菌L型检出之间的关系。方法 对本院2002～2004年210份肾病患者血液分别进行常规血培养与溶血培养法血培养，观察血培养的细菌L型的阳性率。结果 常规法血培养中阳性率为1.4%(3/210),溶血培养法阳性率为48.5%(102/210)(P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论 溶血培养法能提高细菌L型检出。

    Application of hemolytic culture in bacterial-L-form’s test

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation of hemolytic culture and bacterial-L-form’s test.Methods We collected 210 specimens of our hospital patients with renal disease from 2002～2004,then tested by hemolytic culture and routine blood culture respectively,and investigated the positive rate of bacterial L form.Results In routine blood culture,the positive rate is 1.4%(3/210),and in hemolytic culture,is 48.5%(102/210)(P<0.05),showing significant difference.Conclusion Hemolytic culture can ascend the test rate of bacterial L form.
