【摘要】 目的 探讨锁骨钩板内固定,阔筋膜移植加固术治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法 从2000年1月～2005年1月,对32例肩锁关节脱位患者在高位臂丛加局部麻醉下行切开复位,锁骨钩板内固定,阔筋膜移植加固术,术后随访8～24个月。结果 32例患者均效果良好,肩部外形正常,活动良好。结论 锁骨钩板内固定,阔筋膜移植加固术为治疗肩锁关节脱位提供了一种好的方法。

    Surgical treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation with clavicular hook plate and fascia lata femoris transplantation

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of surgical treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation with clavicular hook plate and fascia lata femoris transplantation.Methods From January 2000 to January 2005,32 pationts of fresh acromioclavicular dislocation were treated by internal fixtion with clavicular hook plate and fascia lata femoris transplantation technique.Follow-up time from 8 months to2 years.Results The efficacies of 32 pationts were excellent.Conclusion Clavicular hook plate fixtion and tensor fascia lata femoris transplantation provide a effective operative skill for treatment of acromioclarvicular dislocation. ......
