【摘要】 门诊医生工作站上线应用改变了医生手工书写门诊病历的模式，实现病历信息共享，进而使病人资料的提取和存储变得方便快捷，真正使计算机成为服务于医生和病人的工具。我院和南京海泰信息技术有限公司联合开发门急诊信息系统，门诊医生工作站已全面投入运行。门诊医生工作站上线应用时，我们的体会是应加强技术、应用和设备等方面的保障，才能达到门诊医生工作站顺利运行的预期效果。

    Safeguarding of the on-line application of an out-patient medical workstation

    【Abstract】 The on-line application of an out-patient medical workstation changed doctors’ working mode who had being hand-writing case histories. It realized the sharing of the information of case histories and made it convenient and rapid to search or store the patients’ data. The computer have become a real tool in serving the doctors and patients. We are developing an out-patient/emergency information system with the collaboration of Haitai Information Technology Co.,Ltd, and the out-patient medical workstation have been put it into full application. We realized that safeguarding at the aspects such as technique, application and equipments could assure the smooth running of the out-patient medical workstation. ......
