【摘要】 目的 探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的急救与护理，及应用解毒剂、复能剂与积极的护理措施是否可提高治愈率。方法 回顾性分析134例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床资料。结果 134例患者中轻、中度中毒者全部治愈，重度中毒患者死亡6例，抢救成功率95.5%。结论 对急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行争分夺秒的抢救与细心护理至关重要，可明显提高治愈率。【关键词】 农药；中毒；急救；护理

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the emergency nursing measures for acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP),whether antidote,oxime plus active nursing benificial or not.Methods 134 cases of AOPP were reviewed.Results All the patients with mild or moderate poisoning survival.6 cases of severe poisoning were dead.The mortality was 95.5%.Conclusion Active emergenct treatment and nursing care can elevate the curative rate of AOPP greatly.
