【摘要】 目的 分析在中华医学会《社区获得性肺炎诊断和治疗指南》指导下,应用抗生素经验治疗社区获得性肺炎,探讨其治疗疗效。方法 总结我院2001～2004年9月间的212例社区获得性肺炎经验治疗,其中149例是按照指南治疗,63例是不按照指南经验治疗,对其肺部阴影吸收时间、体温下降时间、死亡率、治疗费用进行统计学分析。结果 按照指南治疗的肺部阴影吸收时间、体温下降时间明显缩短，治疗费用少，死亡率未见升高。结论 根据指南治疗是有益于社区获得性肺炎治疗，减少经费，在二级医院指南贯彻情况良好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effect of antibiotic in treating community acquired pneumonia with the guidance of 《community acquired pneumonia diagnoses and treatment》in China medicinal institude.Methods Survey total 212 cases of treatment on community acquired pneumonia in Haidian Hospital during 2001 to Sep 2004, there into 149 cases were on the guidance of 《community acquired pneumonia diagnoses and treatment》whereas 63 cases exceptionally. And then,analysis statistically the absorbing time of pulmonary shadow, hypothermia,mortality rate and expense.Results Noupswing index was found on absorbing time of pulmonary shadow,hypothermia, mortality rate and expense of those cases which were treated with guidance of《community acquired pneumonia diagnoses and treatment》.Conclusion It is useful to treat community acquired pneumonia with the guidance of 《community acquired pneumonia diagnoses and treatment》.Implement the treatment in Ⅱ rank hospical is effective measures. ......
