GC-MS检测调味品中氯丙醇的同位素内标应用研究

     【摘要】 目的 探讨为准确检测调味品中氯丙醇中多种成分的方法。方法 运用d5-3-MCPD和d5-1,3-DCP两种同位素内标结合GC-MS检测方法,同时测定酱油中氯丙醇的多种成分。结果 测定酱油中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇(3-MCPD)的检出限达到0.004mg/kg, 1,3-二氯-2-丙醇(1,3-DCP)、2,3-二氯-1-丙醇(2,3-DCP)的检出限为0.005 mg/kg,回收率为90%~110%,各种氯丙醇在5~240pg范围内线性良好(r>0.9996)。结论 该方法具有较高的灵敏度、准确度、精密度和特异性,可以满足酱油中痕量氯丙醇的分析要求,与世界检测水平同步。

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to determinate accuratrly dichloropropanols and monochloropropanediols in the condiments.Methods Determination of dichloropropanols and monochloropropanediols in soy sauce by GC-MS using two kinds isotope internal standards.Results Limits of quantitation of 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol(3-MCPD and dichloropropanols(1,3-DCP, 2,3-DCP) were 0.004mg/kg, 0.005 mg/kg, respectively. The recoveries of 3 chloropropanols were 90%~110%.A good liner relationship between the amount and area ratio of chloropropanols with internal standards was obtained over the concentration range of 5~240pg with correlation coefficient of 0.9996.Conclusion The determination of chloropropanols in soy sauce with two kinds of isotopes as internal standards were developed with satisfactory sensitivity ......
