【摘要】 目的 评价足背静脉穿刺顺行灌注溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床应用价值。方法 分析尿激酶溶栓治疗9例单侧下肢深静脉血栓形成患者，男4例，女5例，平均年龄58.5岁。其中，急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(≤10天)5例(55.56%)，慢性(>10天)4例(44.44%)，有2例曾有DVT病史。结果 总有效率100%(9/9)。平均住院日为10天。结论 足背静脉穿刺顺行灌注溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成安全而且有效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the clincical value of the therapy which we used urokinase in the vein for dissolving thrombus of vein of lower limbs by punctured the dorsal vein of feet. Methods From a registry of patients with symptomatic lower limb DVT, results of urokinase infusions in 9 limbs of 9 patients (4 male and 5 female patients; mean age, 58.5 years) were analyzed. DVT symptoms were acute (10 days) in 5 (55.56%) patients, chronic (>10 days) in 4 (44.44%). A history of DVT existed in 2 (22.22%).Results The total effective rate was 100%(9/9). Average resident date was 10 days. Conclusion The direct perfusion of dissolving thrombus for the thrombosis of deep vein of lower limbs was a safe and available means by punctured the dorsal vein of feet . ......
