p27在胃癌中的表达及意义

     【摘要】目的观察p27蛋白在胃癌中的表达，探讨p27蛋白表达与胃癌发生发展、临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用SP免疫组化方法检测p27蛋白在60例胃癌组织、17例异型增生和15例正常胃粘膜中的表达。结果 p27蛋白在正常胃粘膜、异型增生和胃癌中的阳性表达率分别为100%，5882%，3833%，表达差别均有显著性(P<005)；早期胃癌与异型增生组相比阳性率无明显差异性(P>005)；进展期胃癌p27蛋白表达显著低于早期胃癌(3182% vs 5625%，P<005)；且随着淋巴结转移、分化程度降低、浸润深度加深、器官转移等，p27蛋白表达阳性率逐渐降低(P<005)。结论 p27蛋白表达在胃癌发生发展中进行性下调，其可作为判断胃癌病理生物学行为的客观指标。
