县级医院妇科腹腔镜的应用前景

【摘要】 目的：探讨县级医院开展妇科腹腔镜手术的应用前景。方法：[HTK〗回顾分析我院2001年1月至2004年6月腹腔镜诊治妇科疾病63例的临床资料，并与同期开腹手术进行比较。结果：[HTK〗同开腹手术组相比，腹腔镜组在平均手术时间，住院时间，术后拔尿管时间及术后进食时间上显著性缩短(P<0.05)，术后3d发热病例数及程度，腹腔镜组显著少于开腹组。结论:县级医院开展妇科腹腔镜手术大有可为，前景广阔。【关键词】 腹腔镜；妇科疾病；应用前景
The future use of laparoscopic gynecology in the countylevel hospital

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the applied prospect of laparoscopic gynecology in the countylevel hospitalMethods:The clinical data from Jan.2001 to Jun.2004 was analyhed retrospectively.Results:Comparing to the laparotomy group,the laparoscopic group has advantage of invasivsion in such aspects as mean operative time,hospitalization,the cases with fever etc.Conclusions: Carrying out the operation with laparoscopic gunecology is possible and promising.
