腹腔镜多功能阑尾悬吊器的研制及临床应用

【摘要】 目的：评价自制多功能阑尾悬吊器在腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)中的应用价值。方法：对37例不同类型的阑尾炎，运用自制多功能阑尾悬吊器辅助手术治疗，其中辅助三孔法2例，辅助二孔法4例，改良二孔法31例，对其临床疗效进行观察分析。结果：所有病例均顺利完成操作，戳孔细小，疤痕隐蔽，无并发症。结论：多功能阑尾悬吊器具有简易、功能多样、操作方便、戳孔少、损伤轻、美容效果显著等优点。【关键词】 阑尾切除术，腹腔镜；手术器械

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of selfmade multifunctional suspendor in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods：37 cases of appendicitis were performed with selfmade multifunctional suspendor,2 cases with assistant threehole method,4 cases with assistant twohole method,and 31 cases with improved twohole method.Results:All cases were performed successfully with small incision and hidden scar,no compilications occurred.Conclusions:With the advantage of easy,handy,small incision,microtrauma,and superior cosmetic effect,selfmade multifunctional suspendor is worth to popularize.
