无钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术128例临床研究

     【摘要】目的：探讨在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中应用普通丝线，不增加任何特殊器械，在腹腔内结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉的安全性和可靠性。方法：分析2003年1月至2005年7月，我院为128例患者行无钛夹LC的临床资料。结果：128例患者于术后4~5d出院，无并发症发生。结论：LC术中普通丝线取代钛夹结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉，安全、可靠、经济。避免体内金属异物残留。

    The clinical research on 128 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy without titanium clip

    【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the safety and feasibility of the using ordinary silk thread in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC),without any special instruments.Methods:The clinical data of 128 cases treated by LC without titanium clip were analyzed.Results:128 patients discharged successfully in 45days,without any complication.Conclusions:Using the ordinary silk thread in stead of the titanium clip and living being clips to ligate cystic duct and cystic artevy is safe,feasible and economic in LC.
