开腹胆道手术器械在腹腔镜胆总管探查术中的临床应用研究

【摘要】 目的：探讨开腹胆道手术器械在腹腔镜胆总管探查术(LCDE)中的临床应用价值。方法：在13例胆管结石患者的LCDE手术中,应用胆道镜检查确定结石的部位、大小及数量,以开腹胆道手术器械进行胆道探查及取石。结果：13例LCDE手术以开腹胆道手术器械进行胆道探查、取石均获成功,无1例中转手术,无1例胆管残石发生。结论：应用开腹胆道手术器械进行腹腔镜胆道探查、取石具有技术要求低、操作方便、效果好及成本低等优点，值得推广。【关键词】 腹腔镜;胆总管探查术

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of the open bile duct operative instruments in laparoscopic common bile duct exploration.Methods:Thirteen operations of laparoscpic common bile duct exploration were accomplished by intraoperative choledoscopy for confirming the place,size and numbers of stones and exploring common bile duct and taking out stones with open bile duct operation instruments.Results:Thirteen operations of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration were achieved successfully by exploring common bile duct and taking out stones with open bile duct operative instruments without no postoperative remanent stones of the common bile duct and no open operation was needed.Conclusions:This method has the advantages of being prone to be holded,convenient manipulation,better effect and low cost.it was deserved to be extended. ......
