【摘要】 目的：探讨急症腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的疗效及临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析2001年12月至2004年12月85例急症LC的临床资料。结果：85例均顺利完成手术，手术时间90～180min，平均120min，1例中转开腹。结论：急症LC是安全、理想的手术方式，具有创伤小、出血少、康复快等优点。【关键词】 胆囊切除术，腹腔镜；临床研究
Clinical analysis of 85 cases with acute laparoscopic cholecystectomy

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value and efficiency of acute laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 85 patients with acute laparoscopic cholecystectomy from 2001 to 2004 were reviewed retrospectively.Results:85 cases had been operated successfully.Operation time was 90 to 180 minutes,mean time was 120 minutes.1 case was converted to open operation.Conclusions:Acute laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a safe and ideal method and it has the advantages of minimal trauma,quick rccovery and less blood loss.
