【摘要】 目的 根据民间洋芋治疗扁平疣的偏方，进行科学的处理，达到适用于临床常规治疣之目的。方法 将洋芋汁在50℃恒温下真空浓缩至1/2容积，然后加防腐剂冷藏备用。随机取建卡的64例患者做治疗试验，将浓缩洋芋汁涂敷于洗净的患部，每周2次，疗程3周。结果 一疗程治愈率100%，随访3年，复发2例占3.1%，再次治疗仍有效，结果满意。结论 浓缩洋芋汁治疗扁平疣材料广、方法易、疗效佳，具有临床应用价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective According to folk prescription of potato juice for treating flat wart,after scientifically treatment and for the aim to be suitable for clinical routine treatment of flat wart,the author observed its clinical efficacy.Methods The method was vacuumed concentrating potato juice into a half volume at constant temperature of 50℃,then added preservative and refrigerated for use.64 cases underwent treating experiment.The potato juice was applied on the clean effected parts,two times every week,course of treatment was three weeks.Results The curative rate was one hundred percent,following visit for three years,only two cases relapsed accounting for 3.1%,treat again and still producing effect and get satisfied results.Conclusion The concentrated potato juice treating flat wart is an effective,easy method worthy of spreading,of which the material is easily available. ......
