【摘要】 目的 研究蠲痛汤的镇静作用，为临床镇静止痛提供依据。方法 灌胃不同剂量中药对小鼠自主活动的抑制作用；延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠作用及阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的催眠作用。结果 蠲痛汤高(3.0g/kg)、中(2.0g/kg)、低(1.0g/kg)剂量灌胃均能显著抑制小鼠自主活动，与剂量有关但不呈正相关，其作用强度较安定弱但持续时间长。蠲痛汤2.0g/kg灌胃使腹腔注射阈剂量戊巴比妥钠(50mg/kg)小鼠睡眠时间由(94.17±55.45)min延长至(180.38±36.85)min(P<0.01)，但单独使用无催眠作用；对阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠(30mg/kg)小鼠的催眠作用无影响。结论 蠲痛汤具有镇静止痛作用，临床用于缓解NHP有实验依据。

    Study on the sedative action of Juantong decoction

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the pharmacological action of Juantong decoction on sedative action,provide evidence for clinic relieving pain.Methods Different dosages of Juantong decoction were intra-gastric given for mice, the activity of mice on the sleep induced by pentobarbital sodium in threshold dose and pentobarbital sodium below threshold dose were observed.Results Juantong decoction (3.0g/kg,2.0g/kg,1.0g/kg) could significantly inhibit the ambulation of mice.Its effects were concerned of dosage but not positively;its effects were is weaker but duration was longer than diazepam.Juantong decoction (2.0g/kg,intra-gastricly administrated) could extend the hours of sleep of mice controlled by pentobarbital sodium in threshold dose (50mg/kg,peritoneal injection) from (94.17±55.45)min to (180.38±36.85)min (P<0.01),but had no hypnosed effect when single administrated or pentobarbital sodium dose in 30mg/kg.Conclusion Juantong decoction can tranquilize the mind and relieve pain,which is the base of clinic use for NHP. ......
