     【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜联合手术的可行性和优越性。方法：回顾分析2003年1月至2004年12月59例行腹腔镜联合手术患者的临床资料。结果：59例腹腔镜联合手术包括腹腔镜胆囊切除+阑尾切除19例；阑尾切除+子宫和(或)附件切除18例；胆囊切除+肝囊肿开窗引流11例；胆囊切除+子宫和(或)附件切除8例；阑尾切除+腹腔淋巴结活检2例；胆囊切除+妇科盆腔手术+阑尾切除术1例。58例成功，1例中转开腹，成功率983%(58/59)，无并发症发生。结论：在严格掌握手术指征的前提下，腹腔镜联合手术效果确切、可行。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility and advatanges of combined laparoscopic operation.Methods:59 cases of combined laparoscopic operation were performed during the past two years and the results were analyzed in terms of indications,operation skills and complications.Results:These groups of surgery include 19 cases of laprascopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy;18 cases of laprascopic cholecystectomy and hysterectomy or salpingophorectomy;11 cases of laprascopic cholecystectomy and fenestration of liver cyst;8 cases of laprascopic appendectomy and hysterectomy or salpingophorectomy;2 cases of laprascopic appendectomy and lymphoid biopsy;1 case of cholecystectomy and gynaecological operation and appendectomy.Among them,only 1 case was converted to laparotomy and no complications were found.Conclusions:Combined laparoscopic operation are efficient as long as the indications are confirmed and operation skills are guaranteed. ......
