【摘要】 目的：探讨基层医院初期开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)预防并发症发生的措施。方法：总结初期开展400例LC的临床资料。结果：腹腔镜完成手术396例，中转开腹4例，全部顺利康复，无1例发生明显并发症。结论：基层医院初期开展LC，必须高度重视，严格人员培训，慎于术前，精于术中，重视胆囊三角解剖，明辨胆囊管，严防损伤胆管，重视引流，适时中转开腹。【关键词】 胆囊切除术，腹腔镜；并发症
To understand 400 cases without severe complications in the initinal stage laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the primary hospital

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the preventable measures of complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in primary hospitals which carry out LC in the initial stage.Methods:the clinical data of 400 cases treated by LC from the beginning to now were reviewed retrospectively.Results:LC was successfully accomplished in 396 cases and the conversion to open surgery was required in 4 cases.All of the cases were cured.No sever complication happened.Conclusions:If the primary hospitals carry out LC in the initial stage,they must strengthen the training of operators,grasp the indication of LC,take care of the anatomy of calot’s triangle,distinguish the bile duct,avoid the bile duct injury,pay attention to the abdominal drainage and convert to open surgery appropriately. ......
