地氟醚预处理对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用

关键词: 地氟醚;缺血预处理;脑缺血,暂时性摘 要:目的 探讨地氟醚预处理对脑局灶性缺血损伤的影响. 方法 采用大脑中动脉阻闭(middle cerebral artery oc-clusion,MCAO)模型,将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分成3组:对照组(C组,n=10),动物不接受任何处理;地氟醚组(Des组,n=10),动物每日接受1h的地氟醚预处理(57mL L-1 地氟醚,940mL L-1 O2 ),连续5d;吸O2 组(O2 组,n=10),动物每日接受1h的吸O2 预处理(940mL L-1 O2 ,无地氟醚),连续5d.所有动物均在大脑中动脉阻闭120min后恢复再灌注,观察再灌注后24h动物神经行为学改变及脑梗死容积. 结果 再灌注后24h神经行为学评分Des组明显低于C组和O2 组(P<0.01);24h脑梗死容积C组为(276.10±155.63)mm3 ,O2 组为(253.84±174.39)mm3 ,Des组(59.56±30.37)mm3 ,Des组明显低于对照组(P<0.01). 结论 地氟醚预处理对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤具有保护作用.
