【摘要】 目的 探讨应用髌下小切口闭合或小切口复位逆行带锁髓内钉治疗股骨中下段骨折的临床效果。方法 本组27例，闭合复位18例，小切口复位9例。全部采用髌下小切口逆行带锁髓内钉内固定，术后CPM锻炼，均早期负重。结果 随访12～26个月，平均术后6周已有明显骨痂形成，平均愈合时间12周(8～24周)。无畸形愈合和感染情况发生，膝关节功能恢复良好。结论 本方法具创伤小，固定可靠，骨折愈合率高，膝关节功能恢复好等优点，是治疗股骨中下段骨折的有效治疗手段。
