    摘 要:目的 综合分析有关幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染诊断方法的研究文献，评价幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断方法的现况. 方法 检索1995年以来的相关文献资料，对比研究各种诊断方法，并对其作总体评价. 结果 目前临床常用的各种诊断方法各有其优劣. 结论 建议临床上采用何种诊断方法，应根据具体情况和不同要求来决定.

    Abstract:AIM To evaluate effects of different diagnostic methods of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori).METHODS The literature relative to the infection of H.pylori published after1995was searched，and different diagnostic methods of H.pylori were compared.RESULTS At present，different diagnostic methods in common use in clinical medicine had their respective advantages.CONCLUSION Which diagnos-tic method should be used depends on actual situation.
