关键词: 组氨酸脱羧酶;三叉神经节;原位杂交;小鼠摘 要:目的 观察组氨酸脱羧酶(Histidine decarboxylase,HDC)mRNA在小鼠三叉神经节中的表达. 方法 应用原位杂交组织化学技术和不同浓度地高辛标记的寡核苷酸探针检测小鼠三叉神经节中HDC mRNA的表达. 结果 在小鼠三叉神经节的周边部有密集的HDC阳性神经元,而在中间区域仅见散在的HDC阳性神经元.HDC主要位于大、中型细胞的胞质内,且杂交信号随探针浓度的增加而增强. 结论 由于HDC能催化组氨酸脱羧基形成组胺,提示组胺可在三叉神经节细胞的胞质内合成,与降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、P物质(SP)等神经递质共存.合成的组胺在三叉神经支配其效应器过程中和CGRP,SP等神经递质的释放过程中可能发挥重要作用.
