    摘 要:目的 探讨死亡受体DR5在急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)细胞中的表达及其临床意义. 方法 培养Jurkat，NB4细胞和抽取ANLL患者的骨髓细胞，分离出单个核细胞，用免疫组织化学染色的方法测定DR5的阳性表达率，所选病例进行诱导化疗后，研究DR5的阳性表达率与诱导化疗结果的关系. 结果 DR5的阳性表达率在Jurkat细胞中为98%，阳性物质主要分布在胞质及胞膜中;而在NB4细胞中则为81%.不同ANLL患者的DR5阳性细胞的百分率存在较大的差异，其中最高达94%，最低为45%.ANLL患者的DR5阳性表达率与诱导化疗后骨髓涂片的原始和幼稚细胞比例呈负相关，与诱导化疗后的缓解率呈正相关;DR5的阳性表达率与ANLL分型无明显相关. 结论 该结果对ANLL诱导化疗后的疗效判定有一定的参考价值.

    Abstract:AIM To reveal the expression of death receptor5(DR5)in the cells of acute non-lymphocyte leukemia(ANLL)and its clinical significance.METHODS ANLL cell line Jurkat and NB4cells were cultured.Bone marrow cells of ANLL patients were separated.The expressions of DR5in these cells were observed by using immunohis-tochemical staining method.Inducing chemotherapy was giv-en to all cases to study the relationship between DR5positivi-ty rate and inducing chemotherapy results.RESULTS DR5positivity rate was98%in Jurkat cells with positive signals mainly located in membrane and cytoplasm ......
