【摘要】 目的 了解血清游离脂肪酸(free fatty acids，FFA)在高血压伴代谢综合征发病机制中的作用。方法 选择高血压伴代谢综合征、单纯高血压和健康人群各50例。检测所有对象的FFA、BMI、WHR、SI等指标。结果 (1)MS高血压病组的血清FFA高于单纯高血压组及健康对照组(P<0.05)。(2)血清FFA与SI呈负相关(r为-0.785，P<0.05)，与BMI、WHR、SP呈正相关(r分别为0.801、0.856，P<0.05)。结论 高血压伴代谢综合征患者的高血清FFA与胰岛素抵抗并存，并有可能是引起高血压伴代谢综合征患者其他病理生理改变的主要机制。
