术后早期腹腔灌注配合黄芪注射液穴注治疗进展期胃癌的研究*

【摘要】 目的 探讨术后早期腹腔灌注化疗配合黄芪注射液穴注对进展期胃癌切除后提高患者生存期的作用。方法 将83例观察病例随机分成治疗组42例和对照组41例,治疗组术后第3～4天给予5-FU腹腔灌注化疗配合黄芪注射液穴注,对照组术后第3～4天给予静脉滴注化疗药物,对治疗效果进行对比统计分析。结果 治疗组毒副作用明显减轻，术后1年、2年、3年的生存率分别为89.3%、75.2%、57.5%。对照组毒副作用较大，术后1年、2年、3年的生存率分别为70.5%、59.6%、36.8%，治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 术后早期腹腔灌注化疗配合黄芪注射液穴注是安全可行的，较静脉滴注化疗药物毒副作用低，能明显提高进展期胃癌切除术后患者生存期。【关键词】 胃癌；术后；腹腔化疗；5-氟尿嘧啶
The study on the treatment of progressive gastric carcinomas by peritoneal injection in early post-operation plus pointinjection with Huangqi Zhusheye

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of peritoneal injection in early stage of the post-operation and pointinjection with Huangqi Zhusheye on progressive gastric carcinomas,and prolonging the patients survival time.Methods 83 patients with progressive gastric carcinomas were enrolled into two groups,treatment group(n=42),treated with 5-FU peritoneal injection plus pointinjection with Huangqi Zhusheye in 3～4 days after operation;control group(n=41) treated with singie 5-FU venous injection in 3～4 days after operation.We compared with the effects of the two groups.Results There werent any significant sideeffects in the treatment group.The survival rate of one, two and three years was 89.3%,75.2%,57.5% respectively.There were’t significant sideeffects in comparision group,the survival rate of one,two and three years was 70.5%,59.6%,36.8% respectively.The survival rate of treatment group was higher than that of comparision group(P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment by peritoneal injection in early stage of post-operation and pointinjection with Huangqi Zhusheye was safe and feasible.It has fewer sideeffects than that by venous injection and could prolong obviously the patients survival time of postoperative patients with progressive gastric carcinomas. ......
