【摘要】 目的 探讨社区精神病病人的管理与防治。方法 药物治疗、心理治疗与工娱疗法相结合。结果 经6～8个月的治疗，痊愈出院的19例，已联系到病人单位的8例中有3例痊愈，5例显效，已治愈但无出院条件(属三无对象)的9例，1例合并躯体病在住院期间死亡。结论 全社会重视并参与对精神病病人的管理与防治，是保持社会秩序稳定、减少特发事件的重要措施之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the issues relating of the supervision and treatment of the mental patients.Methods Combining the treatment with medicine,psychotherapy,working and amusement was performed.Results After the treatment for 6~8 months,19 cases recovered and discharged,8 cases were informed to their work units,among which 3 recovered and the other 5 improved,9 cases recovered but still in the hospital (no relative and work unit) and the other 1 deceased in the hospital due to other illness. Conclusion The attention and involvement of the whole society to the supervision and treatment to the mental patients is one of the main measure to reduce the accident cevent and maintain the stability of the society. ......
