【摘要】 目的 探讨一种治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的有效方法。方法 对11例确诊为尿道内尖锐湿疣男性患者，应用电切技术切除全部病灶，术后尿道内灌注5-FU与病毒唑。结果 11例患者症状消失，经6～24个月随访，均无尿道内尖锐湿疣复发和尿道狭窄发生。结论 电切术加术后5-FU与病毒唑联合尿道灌注治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣，效果良好，无不良反应及明显并发症。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore an effective treatment of condylomata acuminata in urethra.Methods 11 male patients were infused with 5-FU and Virazole in urethra after transurethral electroresection of condylomata acuminata.Results All patients’ symptoms disappeared,and relapse of condylomata and urethral stricture acuminata didn’t occure.Conclusion Combination of transurethral resection with infusion with 5-FU plus Virazole is effective and safe for condylomata acuminata in urethra.
