Responsive protocols of medical troops to terrorist attacks

    Abstract Terrorism is a direct threat to world peace. Terrorism is premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience. There are four key elements of terrorism:premeditated, political, aimed at civilians, carried out by subnational groups. Terrorist attacks often arose society uncertainty and public panic. Medical troops have well-trained personnel and can provide medical support to terrorist attacks. In order to reach this goal, Medical troops must develop and train emergency medical personnel in their everyday management and administration. Thorough emergence procedures and response protocols must be instituted including the following:(1)Studying laws and regulations about emergence procedure for public safety as well as measures of medical support.(2)To institute a emergence procedure according to task appointed by the superior.(3)To build up a subunit to carry out medical support to terrorist attacks.(4)To develop training emergency medical personnel.(5)Material and equipment for medical support must be in abundance.(6)Two classes support system as on the spot and in hospital must be set up. ......
