【摘要】 目的 观察抗酸染色中温度因素对痰涂片阳性检出率的影响。方法 比较不加热染色方法与经典萋-尼染色法之间的差异性。结果 不加热染色20min以上痰涂片阳性检出率与经典萋-尼染色法之间差异无显著性。结论 温度变化观察可为基层痰检的染色工作提供参考。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of temperature on the positive rate of acid resistance dyes.Methods We compared the difference beween the no heating method and the classics method.Results The results demonstrated that no heating dyeing time above 20 minutes had no significant difference to the classics method.Conclusion This could provide the reference to stain of sputum smear in the countryside work.
