The study on the professional management of modern hospitals

    Abstract Currently the experience management has beening dominated the hospitals in our country. Along with the continueous changement of the external environment,the traditional model,which gived priority to medical treatment,is bound to be replaced by the professional management under the market situation. Seeking for the actual ways to prefessional management of hospitals is one of the important contents of buiding modern hospitals in our country.

    摘要： 当前，我国医院主要以经验管理为主，随着外部环境的不断变化，以业务为主的传统管理模式将被以市场经营为主的职业化管理模式所取代。探索医院管理职业化的现实途径是我国现代医院管理建设的重要内容。

    随着我国市场经济体制的建立和医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入，医院逐渐被推向市场。外部环境的变化，给各级各类医院既带来了新的发展机遇，又带来了严峻挑战。传统的医院管理模式已不适应新形势发展的需要，以业务为主的传统的经验管理将被以市场经营为主的职业化管理形式所取代。职业化的管理是不断实现医院管理现代化，向管理要效益、凭管理求生存，实现可持续发展的内在要求。关于现代医院职业化管理的探讨离不开对传统专家型经验管理模式的反思和已变化了的外部新形势认识。
