【摘要】 目的 评价雷米封联合左旋多巴对帕金森病的治疗效果和安全性。方法 对40例老年帕金森病病人在原有用左旋多巴抗帕金森病的基础治疗上加用雷米封10周，在治疗前、后进行改良Hoehn-Yabr分级运动障碍评定及临床症状的Webster评分及计算其进步率，并观察各项药物安全性实验室检查的变化。结果 改良Hoehn-Yabr分级障碍评定由用药前1.5～4级改变为用药后的1～4级，Webster评分每分每项的治疗前、后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，进步率计算：显效4例(10%)，有效18例(45%)，稍好10例(25%)，总有效率(80%)。不良反应主要有胃肠道反应，未发现严重毒性反应及其他副作用。结论 雷米封联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病有效且安全，无明显不良反应。

    Clinical analysis of treatment of rimifon combined with L-dopa for Parkinson disease

    【Abstract】 Objective Evaluation the rimifon unite the L-dopa to treatment the Parkinson disease of the effect and safety.Methods Based on 40 patients of old-age of the Parkinson disease use of the L-dopa of originally possessed anti-the Parkinson disease get the treatment of the rimifon using 10 weekses,before treatment for Webster grade point for improving Hoehn-Yabr ratings exercising obstacle assessing and clinical condition of illness and its advance of calculation rate,and observing laboratory various medicine safeties checking.Results Improve Hoehn-Yabr ratings the obstacle assess to be changed by before use the medicine from 1.5～4 classes to after use the medicine of 1～4 classes.Webster grade point are comparison the difference all have to statistics to the meaning,P<0.05,progress rate calculation:show the result is 4 cases(10%),validity is 18 cases(45%),slightly good is 10 cases(25%),the total of valid rate is 80%,badly response including stomach and intestines,and did not discover of serious response and other side effect.Conclusion The rimifon association with the L-dopa cure the Parkinson disease is validity and safety,and have not any obviously bad response. ......
