【摘要】 目的 建立清火栀麦片中对穿心莲内酯及脱水穿心莲内酯测定的HPLC法。方法 外标法，DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm，5μm);流动相：甲醇-0.4%冰醋酸水溶液(46：64)；检测波长225nm和250nm；流速1ml/min。结果 穿心莲内酯的线性范围为0.112～0.391μg(r=0.9997)，平均回收率为99.8%，RSD=1.8% (n=5)；脱水穿心莲内酯的线性范围为0.221～0.773μg (r=0.9996)，平均回收率为98.7%，RSD=0.5% (n=5)。结论 方法准确、灵敏，可作为清火栀麦片中穿心莲内酯及脱水穿心莲内酯的定量分析方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of andrographolide、dehydroandrographolide in Qinghuozhimai tablets by HPLC. Methods An external standard method by HPLC with DiamonsilTMC18 column as fixed phase and methanol-0.4%HAC(46:64) as mobile phase was adopted. The detection wavelength was 225nm、250nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results The linear range for andrographolide was 0.112～0.391μg(r=0.9997).The average recovery of tablets sample was 99.8% and RSD was 1.8% (n=5);the linear range for dehydroandrographolide was 0.221～0.773μg(r=0.9996).
