【摘要】 目的 探讨端粒酶活性在宫颈组织标本中的表达及意义。方法 应用端粒重复扩增方法对28例慢性宫颈炎、33例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)、43例宫颈癌标本进行端粒酶活性测定。结果 慢性宫颈炎、CIN、宫颈癌标本中端粒酶活性阳性表达率分别为3.6%、36.4%、88.4%。CINⅠ-Ⅲ期标本中端粒酶活性阳性表达率分别为18.2%、20.0%、75.0%。结论 端粒酶活性可能和宫颈癌的发生有关，与宫颈病变级别呈正相关。

    Expression and significance of telomerase activity in uterine cervical tissue samples

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of telomerase activity in cervical tissue samples. Methods Telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP)was used to measure telomerase activity in cervical tissue samples. 28 with chronic cervicitis,33 with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),43 with cervical cancer. Results The positive rate of telomerase activity was 3.6%,36.4%,88.4% in chronic cervicitis, CIN and cervical cancer respectively.The positive rate of telomerase activity was 18.2%,20.0%,75.0%in CINⅠ-Ⅲ. Conclusion Telomerase activity may relate to cervical cancer,which correlates well with the grade of cervical lesions. ......
