【摘要】 目的 分析宫颈高危疾病的影响因素。方法 采用整群抽样调查收集资料，采用多分类回归分析筛选影响因素。结果 宫颈糜烂Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度的患病率分别为18.73%、10.25%和2.55%，宫颈息肉患病率为17.98%，宫颈肥大为23.97%，宫颈湿疣0.40%，产后裂伤为4.19%。其影响因素为年龄、妊娠次数、人流次数、避孕方式、HPV感染5个因素。结论 为了有效预防宫颈高危疾病，应尽量避免多孕、人流、选择良好的避孕方式和避孕工具、避免HPV感染。
