[摘要] 目的 探讨培养口腔正畸进修医师的临床操作能力的途径和方法。方法 在临床实践过程中，先理论，后实践，分段式培养正畸进修医师的临床操作能力，有目的性地采取培养措施。结果 分段式培养可以提高口腔正畸进修医师的临床操作能力。结论 分段式培养对提高口腔正畸进修医师的临床操作能力有重要作用。[关键词] 教育；正畸学,矫正；进修医师；临床工作能力

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo explore the approaches and methods to develop the clinical abilities of advancedstudy dentists in odontoplasty.MethodsIn clinical training, theory first, and then practice. Performance abilities were trained steps by steps, with clear purpose.ResultsThe staged training method improved clinical performance abilities of the dentists trained. ConclusionThe application of the stagedtraining method plays an important role in improving the trainee's abilities in odontoplasty.
